SKUAST-Kashmir have qualified for the semifinal of the ongoing All India VC’s T20 Cricket Tournament-2018 being organized by Kashmir University.

In the quarterfinal SKUAST-Kashmir defeated defending champion University of Delhi. Batting first University of Delhi scored 150 runs in allotted 20 overs.

SKUAST-Kashmir have qualified for the semifinal of the ongoing All India VC’s T20 Cricket Tournament-2018 being organized by Kashmir University.

Starting from first match against Nagpur, SKUAST-K continued its winning spree and won all the four league matches back to back against previous champions Jammu University, HPU, Shimla and MPKV, Rahuri.

In the quarterfinal SKUAST-Kashmir defeated defending champion University of Delhi. Batting first University of Delhi scored 150 runs in allotted 20 overs.

In reply, SKUAST-Kashmir chased the score in 19 overs for the loss of five wickets. Dr. M Amin was adjudged as man of the match for his brilliant performance.

Vice-Chancellor, SKUAST-Kashmir, Prof. Nazeer Ahmed, congratulated team, captain and the team management for excellent performance. He expressed his hope that the Team will continue to put more efforts in bringing laurels to the SKUAST-Kashmir on sports front as well. SKUAST-Kashmir will play semi final against Jammu University.
