The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kupwara, Anshul Garg, today inaugurated CT Scan and Dialysis Centres at Sub District Hospital (SDH), Kupwara.
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Dr.Kounsar Ameen, Block Medical Officers (BMO), and other concerned were present on the occasion.
It was informed that CT Scan costing Rs.4 crore and 4 Dialysis Machines costing Rs.35 lakhs have been installed in the newly constructed 100 bedded IPD Block.
On the occasion, the attendants expressed their satisfaction for fulfilling long pending demand of the locals by the District Administration . NOw the patients don’t have to travel to other places for their treatment.
The DDC inspected Operation Theatre, outpatient and inpatient sections of hospital which have been recently shifted to newly constructed IPD Block.
The DDC directed the concerned to provide systematic and transparent patient care at the health institute.
