Honouring the remarkable legacy of Maqbool Sherwani, fondly known as the Lion of Baramulla, Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha commended the youth of Baramulla for their pioneering endeavours across multiple sectors and their significant contributions to nation building.
Recognising the pivotal role of the youth in the progress of Jammu and Kashmir, LG Sinha said youth are the custodians of our future, and they have a substantial role to play in J&K’s advancement.
, “We are dedicated to providing our youth and sports persons with opportunities to showcase their skills, and this mission will persist in the future,” he said, adding that he called upon the people to isolate any elements attempting to disrupt peace in the region.
Highlighting India’s position as a leader in the digital revolution and its remarkable economic growth, the Lt Governor urged everyone to aim higher and foster an environment of excellence.
He expressed his vision for J&K to actively contribute toward fulfilling the collective dream of building India as a global superpower.
