Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohiuddin, Saturday expressed confidence in the district’s preparations for the upcoming 26th January celebrations.
Speaking to the media, he said that the event would be held at Bakshi Stadium, adding that thorough reviews and coordination meetings have been conducted to ensure a smooth execution.
DC Srinagar stated that all departments are working in unison, with each assigned specific tasks.The Roads & Buildings (R&B) department, the cultural team, and the distribution units are all actively involved in the preparations. The DC assured that all necessary arrangements have been made, covering every aspect of the celebration.
“We are geared up and ready for the event,” Dr. Mohiuddin said. “I am hopeful that everything will be done properly, and the celebrations will be a success.”
