Community Engagement Boost: Budgam Police Holds Volleyball Tournament in Magam

 Budgam Police on Tuesday organised a volleyball tournament under the Civic Action Programme at Government Higher Secondary School, Magam, with teams from four areas participating to promote sportsmanship, healthy living and youth engagement.The event was graced by SDPO Magam Mohd Ashrif Lissery, SHO Magam Mudassir Zaroo, and DO Narbal Sharafat Mohiddin, who encouraged the participants and interacted with the youth.

The primary objective of organising such sports activities under CAP is to promote a healthy lifestyle among the youth, prevent drug abuse, and channelise their energy towards constructive and disciplined pursuits. Budgam Police remains committed to engaging youth through community-oriented programmes focusing on sports, education, and awareness campaigns.
