Mobility and communication are a challenge that differently-abled persons face every day and slowly every day to & becomes a major barrier for them. To ease it and to empower them to work and earn their livelihood in the way they deserve District Development Commissioner Pulwama Dr. Raghav Langer provided motorised tricycles to 21 specially-abled persons belonging to BPL category and having more than 40% disability in lower limbs.
The distribution camp was organized by Social Welfare Department, at Marakaz -e- Falah-e-Itfaal, Patalbagh Pulwama.DSWO Pulwama, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad, TSWO Pulwama, Superintendent MFI, Patalbagh besides all officials of Mahila Shakti Kendra and district and tehsil Social welfare offices were present on the occasion.
