Qudsiya Altaf who herself has been a footballer is training both boys and girls in #Kashmir. She believes hurdles can’t be overcome unless we face them. When she started playing football there were no girls in this field in Kashmir. Now she is proudly running his own academy and train both boys and girls.
Her football journey has been started in 2007 and by the end of 2016 she started her coaching journey. She has participated in many district level competitions and also selected for Nationals.
She started coaching through NSNIN Patiala Sports Council in 2016.
She is an inspiration for girl players and encourage many of them to chase their dreams.
