Jammu and Kashmir: PSC postpones KAS preliminary test
The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission on Friday postponed the preliminary examination of Kashmir Administrative Service (KAS) which was scheduled from September 2.
A source in the PSC said that the test will now be held from September 16.
