The J&K Pickleball Association announced that the J&K State Pickleball Team has qualified for the Indian Pickleball Nationals 2025, to be held from November 13 to 16 at The Sports School, Bengaluru. Organized by the Indian Pickleball Association under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports and the Sports Authority of India, the prestigious tournament will feature top players from across the country.
Farid Singh, President of the J&K Pickleball Association, praised the players for their dedication and preparation, stating that the team is ready to compete at the highest level. Viraj, Secretary of the Association, added that the selection reflects the immense potential of athletes from the Union Territory and reinforces J&K’s growing focus on competitive pickleball.
The team’s qualification marks a significant milestone for the sport in the region, highlighting rising participation, improved training programs, and the continued development of high-performing athletes. J&K players will carry the pride and aspirations of the Union Territory on the national stage.
