As part of the ongoing welfare measures for the jawans and officers of Police District Sopore, Police in collaboration with PARAS Health Srinagar, on Thursday organised a Free Medical Camp at District Police Lines (DPL) Sopore.
The camp provided a wide range of essential healthcare services, including general medical check-ups, blood sugar tests, blood pressure monitoring, ECG examinations, and other diagnostic assessments for participating personnel.
The initiative aimed to promote health awareness, encourage preventive care and ensure accessible medical support for police personnel who perform their duties under demanding and challenging conditions.
The medical camp reflected the joint commitment of PARAS Health Srinagar and Sopore Police towards strengthening health and welfare initiatives for the force, ensuring that the well-being of jawans and officers remains a top priority.
Police will continue to organise such welfare-oriented programmes to support the physical and mental health of its personnel.
