Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Tangdar Dr Bilal Mohiddin Bhat today distributed 200 masks and 50 washable personal protection equipment (PPE) among the field functionaries working in Red Zones areas of Baghbella, Gomal and Dildar of the Sub Division.
Meanwhile, in view of bad weather and potential landslides in the areas, the SDM directed the revenue officials to be alert in their respective jurisdictions and report cases of landslides or washing away of houses, so that immediate rescue operation is launched.
A statement said R&B, PDD, PHE have also been asked to be ready for any weather exigencies.
