Simran Mehraj Dar, aged 19 years, hails from Downtown Srinagar, doing BA(Bachelor of Arts) at Women’s College M. A Road Srinagar. She has a lot of interest in many types of sports. “I’ve played Badminton at district level.My favorite game is Rugby and i’m deeply passionate for it.
Being a National Rugby player, Simran is also a bronze medalist. Moreover, She got bronze medal in Khelo India, that was held in March 2020 at Gulmarg.
“Besides being passionate for Rugby, I’ve other sportive activities in my list like calligraphy, photography, Mandala art, cycling, skiing. Being a sports player, I’m also a business woman. I’m opined that whether a person is young or aged; age doesn’t matter for golden opportunities as golden age is before us not behind us.
Many people suffer problems when parents are unable or not doing any kind of help to ameliorate their aspirations. In that case she is quick to respond,” my Dad has opined that it doesn’t matter whether a boy or a girl, they are equal in the eyes of parents and should be treated equally for their betterment”
