Sports for Harmony: Police Conduct Volleyball Tournament in Shopian

 Police in Shopian inaugurated a Volleyball Knockout Tournament under the Civic Action Programme (CAP).

Different teams from the area are participating in the event, showcasing strong enthusiasm and competitive spirit. The inaugural match, held at Imamsahib, drew energetic participation from young players.

The tournament was inaugurated by DySP PC Imamsahib Chander Kant and DySP DAR Shopian Mohd Ashraf, in the presence of SHO Police Station Imamsahib. The officers interacted with the teams and encouraged them to uphold discipline, sportsmanship and team spirit throughout the competition.

The event underscores the steadfast dedication of J&K Police to youth development and community welfare, offering meaningful platforms for positive engagement and personality enhancement.
