At a time when medical experts are stressing for boosting immunity to fight corona virus, a state-of-art gymnasium has come up in this north Kashmir district to keep the youth physically healthy and mentally strong.
Named Mansoor’s Muscle Hut, the gym has been started by a young post-graduate Mansoor Sultan who inspires to open a chain of gymnasiums across the valley to make the youth physically fit and strong.
The first gymnasium has been thrown open in Kralhar area close of Government Degree College Baramulla and has received overwhelming response.
“We want everything to be perfect in our lives and it’s impossible without having the fit body and mind.
I started this gym as it is generally seen due to the excesses, modern societies have been dug up into the disarray, young generation has found the unhealthy and socially unacceptable ways of looking at the things.
“The motto and the target of “Muscle Hut” gym is to bring in a positive change by assimilating the youth into the culture of healthy practices and also inculcating in them the spirit of fitness mind-set which is the basis of sound and civilized society given the immortalized adage of ‘healthy mind resides in sound body,” .
