The right arm pacer from North Kashmir is the only cricketer from J&K to get a call from Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for the camp. He was selected on the basis of his performance in Under-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy and the camp would be held in Delhi.
The meeting regarding the camp was held at Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium Delhi in Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) office.
For the camp 25 players were nominated. Another player from J&K, Nityam Abrol from Jammu has been kept in the standbys for the camp.
