Jammu Kashmir Swimming Association (JKSA) has selected 12-member team for 40th Sub-Junior and 50th Junior National Aquatic Championships scheduled to be held from August 6 to 11 at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The selected swimmers are Jaiwardhan, Talha Aziz, Melissa Singh and Vamika Parmar (15 to 17 years age group), Musa Pervaiz Mallik, Abdul Aleem, Manah Pervaiz Mallik and Mitali Raj (12 to 14 years age group) and Pratyaksh Vir Parmar, Yashvardhan Veer, Saisha Gupta and Harshita Jalali (10 to 11 years age group).
These swimmers were selected after proper trials conducted by JKSA in swimming pool of KC Sports Club, Jammu under the close supervision of technical experts committee comprising of swimming coaches.
