The Jammu and Kashmir Roll Ball team secured a gold medal at the U-17 North Zone Roll Ball Championship held at Parade Ground Stadium, Dehradun, from December 13 to 15, 2024. The team’s performance highlighted their dedication, teamwork, and skill on the court.
Notable contributors to this victory include Qurat Yaseen and Aleeza Makhdoomi from the PMDP Roll Ball Center at KNS Stadium, Khanyar. Both players have been selected to represent Jammu and Kashmir at the national level.
This achievement was supported by the leadership of Nuzhat Gul, Secretary J&K Sports Council, the guidance of the team’s coaches, and the efforts of the Roll Ball Association of J&KThe collaboration among these stakeholders has been instrumental in the success of Roll Ball athletes in the region.
