Srinagar Witnesses a New Chapter of Entrepreneurship as Kashmir’s Young Minds Shine

A new wave of entrepreneurship is reshaping Kashmir’s economic landscape, with young founders building innovative businesses, creating employment opportunities, and inspiring the next generation to pursue entrepreneurship within the Valley.

Entrepreneurs including Manik Bandral (CLMRAT), Sheikh Yameen (E-Curve), Aquil Rasool (Halal Nation), Rahul Bhola (Studio Agama), Ayush Divyansh (MAC Fly), Syed Ashfaq (CRED), and Atul Vinod Duggal (AVD) were recognised for their contributions to the growing startup ecosystem. Their ventures are generating jobs, fostering innovation, and encouraging talented youth to stay in Jammu and Kashmir to build successful enterprises.

Speakers at the event highlighted that these startups are doing more than launching businesses—they are contributing to a new economic narrative for Kashmir by promoting innovation, self-reliance, and sustainable growth.

The gathering underscored the belief that Kashmir’s future will be shaped by its young entrepreneurs, whose ideas and enterprises are driving economic transformation and creating new opportunities across diverse sectors.

The event, described as one of the largest startup gatherings in Srinagar, brought together founders, innovators, investors, and aspiring entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, showcase innovation, and strengthen the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Organisers, led by Irtif Lone and his team, were appreciated for successfully hosting the landmark event and providing a platform for emerging startups to connect, collaborate, and grow.
